Set the appointment for a timeframe, they called in advance prior to arrival, diagnosed the problem with first one door, then the other, repaired both issues, and was on his way to the next job within 45 minutes. Kasey was very professional in all respects in fixing my garage door system. He was very responsive/communicative setting up our appointment.  His assessment of my issues and recommended options were well articulated and were cost/benefit based.  He didn't try to up-sell me, and instead, felt strongly about utilizing rather than replacing components that were still "good" in the door system.
